UNMAS
The client, United Nations Mine Action Service, requested a short video promoting a recent development project they completed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The challenging part of this job was that UNMAS only had a handful of poor-quality photographs, which they asked me to create a time-lapse with. Concluding that the request for a time-lapse was impossible, I created a slideshow-themed video. I was able to obtain B-roll from the DRC, which fit in well with this project. My original video featured faster bursts of photos, more animations, and used several filters, however, the client asked me to tone down the final version, making it slower with "less excitement".
